what is your idea about learning fluency english? Already I have learned much words in english and I can speak fluency. I have talked with foreign all over the world for exampl great Britain, Russian, Egypt, India, Vietnam, Turkish. Even I have spoken to Amercans but our talking wasn't be possible because our country o'clocks is very different. We have 13 hours differences. So that i believe that if you want to learn english very fluently so as Englishman you have to live English-speaking country for a while. And What do you think?

In few decades ago when there was no internet to approach English speakers (not only native speakers), that might be very true. But at present time I do think current technology such as applications and social networks can help you link these elements together which are all important to learn a language. It seems better, less expensive than you must spend a lot of money and time on living or studying in an English speaking country.

All learners have to realize how to make best of their resources to make their learning more efficient.
