Partner.....patner.....where are you? I have a problem ,I joined a skype group for practicing english.But people is  reluctant to begin a talk to everyone of the group? so what could I do.helplesssssssss

Don't waste your time with that type of people. You should take your time to know people a little bit more. The problem with the groups for practicing is that many of them don't have an organization and common objectives between the members. I think that is the main problem. So, as I said, take your time to meet new people. Read their profiles, chat with them for some time. Then you will figure out if you match! After that, talk about Skype or What'sApp conversation. Set up one! 

Finding a good and real partner is not easy, it takes time. I say it to you because of my experience here. Good luck!

Of course, to approach people one on one has already been suggested, but if while you do that you also want keep trying with the group, you could ask a daily question (for example from here http://iteslj.org/questions/) and see if it can spark some action.
