ı was explaining the death note which is anime.And ı used this sentence :
there is a guy and that guy write people whom he wants to kill to notebook.
is it correct ?

I would say "there's a guy and this guy writes the name of the people he wants to kill in the notebook"
Not to mention the actual rule which goes "the human whose name is witten in this note shall die"
