I hate the school that  I am teaching in and I tried to move to another one but I didn't get an agreement from the Education Department in this city until now despite the agreement of the headmistress.

I used to be serious so when I see how some teachers seek for a chance to run away from giving lessons I got bothered.

Some teachers don't go to class when it is time to give a lesson and they consider themselves brave.

How can I accept the situation? I am nervous most of the time , I wish to get an advice from Italki members.
