I can't remember any similar proverb, normally we would say: "немного удачи, и все получится".

"Одна удача идёт, другую ведёт"
In fact, in Russian there are more proverbs about that success doesn't depend on luck only. For example:
Удачливый ещё не герой.
Удача сама не проходит: её работа за руку приводит.
