Nice and simple explanation and tools for interpretation Bianca. Can you explain the difference between ”estoy por” and “estoy para“? Thanks.

This is the simplest and best explanation I've found. Before really studying Spanish I studied Italian and prepositions are a pain there as well. Reading a sentence as doing something "for the purpose of" helped a lot when figuring out if I should use "per." I try not to be too hard on myself if I'm wrong because I figure native Spanish speakers sometimes mess up on por vs para too. I know my English isn't perfect!
