Every day I study English about three hours, I whach tv series in English, I listen to videos in youtube and i read articles in English. In addition, I do different compositions during week.i also speak several times with  my language partners.

Actually, six hours (Monday, Thursday and Friday), because I have differents classes in English.  For my spare time I see English videos and read some texts here. 

Honest answer: not enough

I used to watch some Tv series, which is one of my favorite methods to improve my listening skills,it's also enjoyable.but nowadays I am devoteing my focus on improving my writing skills.

it's actually depend on the subject that i'm studying , but i can say 2 hours max a day
