What's your favorite podcasts for learning english?
If you ask me, I would recommend Luke's English Podcast — it's good for practicing British English, topics are various (from grammar to politics and culture) and I found it's very easy to understand with my intermediate level.

At one time (10 years ago and even 3 years ago) I enjoyed listening to "English as a Second Language Podcast" (American English). Then it was free. About 2-3 years ago it became paid. But all the themes of the podcast can be downloaded, for example, from rutracker.org There are about 1800 lessons and topics (about 900 hours)

Recently I've started listening to AllEarsEnglish, it's American English, very entertaining. )

I can recomend channel Gabby Wallace on youtube. Although, it's more suitable for beginner.
