What is the longest thing you've been keeping at doing so far? Learning a language? Keeping writing a diary? Exercising? And how many days you've been doing it?
For me, the first thing came into my mind is that I've been insisting on signing in an app everyday for over 2 years. It's an app for learning English. I have to complete at least 10 mins listening or speaking to finish the "check-in". At first, after signing in for over 100 days, I missed one day :( And the data started to count from zero, which made me really upset!!! Since then, no matter how busy I am, I always keep that into mind and try to complete it in the morning. So now, it has turned into a habit for me to turn on this app, and listen to some video clips in the morning. I don't know how long I can still persist in doing so, well, we will wait and see!
And you? Looking forward to your stories here :)
If there is any wrong expression in my writing, please don't hesitate to correct it. Thanks a lot :)

I`ve been living for 60 years, does that count!? I like the way your think ;-))
I’ve been working out for about three years now. I’ve had to take periods of time of, sometimes for months at a time, but I always get back on track, because it’s something I’m dedicated to.
Most people find working out to be a chore, and to be honest I don’t enjoy it all the time, but I get satisfication from the progress that I make. And unlike most people, I actually like tracking my calories. It gives my diet a purpose, and I’m a very goal-oriented person. When I don’t track my calories, my diet becomes hectic.
Also, this is a short-term thing, but I’m a designer/artist (with a focus on Islamic geometric design), and it’s one of the few things where I truly enjoy the process. I recently created a piece that took me probably over 100 hours to make. I’m planning on making it more of a long-term thing. I always have inspiration, and I already have a lot of things in mind I’m hoping to figure out how to make.
