Hello Linh, I posted before about this if you are interested. Also, if it is more comfortable, there is no need for the camera on skype. I have spoken to one nice Vietnamese lady who taught me some greetings but i need to practice them.
Hello, I want to learn Vietnamese and will take lessons on this site later this year or early next year. My wife and I have travelled to Vietnam twice and love your country. We have been to Hanoi, Saigon, Halong Bay, Hue and Hoy an (sorry if the spelling is not correct). At the moment I am improving Spanish. In the meantime, if any Vietnamese people would like to practice their English with me they would be welcome and could teach me some basics before my first lesson. I have read concerns from some ladies on this site that some men are inapropriate with them. I am sorry to hear that. I want only to learn some basic Vietnamese before I take lessons and talk about the life in Vietnam and its culture. My wife is usually at home and I am happy to introduce her to any ladies if that makes them feel more comfortable. I would like to speak to both men and women before we visit again. Hopefully, next year.
