What's the difference between anybody and anyone

There is essentially no difference between them, except it is more formal to use 'Anyone'  while 'Anybody' is more casual .

In everyday conversation you can use them interchangeably. 

Note: the negative versions of these are 'Nobody' and 'No one'.
