For speaking Farsi, the reduced number of verb tenses (compared to English, as a beginner) means that I struggle with applying the correct tense to what it is I am trying to say. Example: miram can be go, going and will go.
The flexibility of the grammar also makes me second-guess myself and what I want to say.

I have trouble reading because the short vowels aren't written, so it's hard to guess how to pronounce a word. I just have to increase my vocabulary I guess.
Also the way the verb stems change from past to present can be confusing, I wish they were more regular.

Since I’m Afghan, I do get confused with the dialects! But I really do like Persian, i just dont practice much unfortunately
