职业教师What is more important for you, a stable career or a job that offers flexibility?
In recent years, more and more people choose to work from their home or work Online. That is the reason why industries like the ESL and IT industry became popular industries to work for.
I chose Online teaching because it is a job that I can bring in any country I visit. I just need a good Internet connection, my laptop ad my phone.. I can also manage my TIME and have a decent amount of vacation.
However, there are also some disadvantages like stability and so on.
❤️🌞 What about you? What do you prefer a job that will give you stability and a fix income or a job with flexibility but is not stable? 👍🤔🤔

I'm trying to have more flexible work so as you say you can spend time with the people that actually matter :)

Flexibility. Two reasons:
- At the moment certain skills seem to mean more for my (possible) kids future than any property above what I already have.
- Too many things I want to do apart of money-making.

I am agree this, I am work as Software Engineer (developer) and each day it's more normal to work home office or remote. I prefer to flexibility!

@drasvi I totally agree with you. There are things that are more important than money. Money, we can always earn that but the time we can spend with our family and friends is more difficult to get back once it is gone. Flexibility is the key to balance life.😊
