What does that red badge mean ?
Does any one know what that red badge means in one's profile?

As Casey says, it means that you are a "premium member". Benefits include unlimited posting of discussions, questions, notebook entries, and (sending of) friend requests. The non-premium members are limited to two per day. Premium lasts for one year after purchase of italki credits.

Do you mean the one next to someone's name? As far as I know, It means they book classes or at least have spent money on italki credits.
