Sure No !! What about somebody full of knowledge but he can't find much money to be dressed well ?? what about a person has great manners but he can't dress well cause of money shortage !!? How can i judge on person i didn't talk with him !!? ..... how can i judge on somebody i just see him from outside not inside !!!? I do not agree with the person who judged people by their clothing ..Because the clothes do not reflect what is inside the human .And often the clothing is the opposite of the truth of the person. And what is in his mind and his heart...(my opinion)
