what is the different between "sell" and "sale"?!
Both seem to have the same meaning, and it makes me confuse how, where, when, should I use those?!

To sell is the act of selling something, you have something to sell and you receive a price for it.
A sale is the reduction of a price to get more sales or a quicker sale.
You can offer a single item for sale at a sale price.
If you have something to sell then that item is said to be on sale or up for sale.
Selling is a Verb
Sale is a noun
Selling is the act or process and the sale is the completed process, the seller would have completed 'the sale' once money or the agreed exchange had been completed.
Sale has two meanings first is as above, the second is for when things are offered cheaper or when the item has not been sold it is on sale.

Hi Daniel,
One is a verb: to sell. (I am selling my bike - for example)
The other can be used as :
"on sale" meaning the item is less expensive for a short while. (Their bikes are on sale)
"for sale" meaning that you can buy the item. (My bike is for sale)
I think that's about it !
