In the Philippines, a lot of people create pickup line using our own language. We do it to make memes that Go viral. 😂😂😂 (Our favorite past time is laughing and looking for things or reasons to laugh at so recently I saw a lot on the internet).
" Sikreto ka ba? Kasi Di kita kayang ipagkatiwala sa Iba."
=Are you a secret? Because I can't entrust you to anyone.
If you translate this to English it's not that funny.. 😅
I will share one in Filipino.

I’ve never used a pick up line, but I find them amusing. My favorite is old enough that the original version was
Can I borrow a quarter?
Why?
I promised my mom I would call her when I meet the girl of my dreams.
That is back from when there were pay phones everywhere and it cost a quarter for a call. I suppose nowadays you could ask if you could borrow their phone.

Mine is "Jé, vy máte hezkého pejska. Můžu si Vás pohladit?" in English it would "Oh, you have a lovely dog. May I pet..you?" :D I love dogs so... I like myself a dog person too :)
