Where are no secrets.
Want to speak fluently - speak more. When you learn new words try to use them as often as possible. Try to make your speach more complicated and saturated.
Listening is important as well.

I am a strong believer that anyone can get fluent in a language (any language), to do so they have to be motivated, consistent in learning and practicing it over time. Consistent practice makes things easier, and then easier and then much easier and I believe at one point effortless (sometimes very surprisingly). I also think that studying a language is quite different than practicing it. Plus, there are plenty techniques used in a such acquiring process. One perhaps has to find techniques that suit their own needs of a given moment and it changes over time, so techniques depend on many things such as the current involvement, the motivation, the level, the goal.
Sorry James, but I don't believe that mastering a language requires necessarily any kind of talent, and more importantly not a natural one, some people might have an easyness to tackle languages or other acquisitions but there are obviously more people who want to achieve something in life and they succeed to do so by putting some effort and some time on that and by discovering what works the most for them.

Oh geez, where to start? Well, it requires years of practice to reach true fluency, but it also requires natural ability. I have had many students over the years who, despite studying daily for many years, are just not very good at speaking English. No matter how hard or how often they study, their English will never be fluent. Sometimes it just comes down to pure simple talent and nothing else.
