Everybody has his or her dream, ambitious one or practical one. Some would say they are inclined to dream big. Honestly, however, I prefer a more realistic resolution and pursue it as possible as I can in the future.

For the reason why I choose this option, I would say it is easy to achieve the final goal step by step since it build up one’s confidence. If one set a small and achievable goal, one would accomplish it easily. For example, my old brother Bob. Many years before, he wanted to be an English teacher, even though his performance in English was terrible. But he set a realistic plan about how to improve his comprehensive English skills. At the first year, he took a pronunciation class to learn vowels and consonants.Also, In this class, he learned how to pronounce a word more naturally. Then second year, Bob made a goal to make a friend with native speakers. After going to the English corner every week, He ended up developing a friendship with a British partner to help him correct the mistakes he made. Hitting the every single item he made, confidence has been built up in this way. Gradually, He got many prizes and awards in English contests in recent years. Now, it is not amazed that he got a new job dreaming for many years, a high school English teacher. He really encourages me that one should focus on the reachable goal instead of ambitious one. Undoubtedly, If one tend to do something out of their reach, it is easy to defeat them and they may never have courage to try it again.
