Hello! I am from Russia and I learn english.My english is not good , so i am sorry, if i make mistakes )) My guestion about perfect tenses.For me these tenese are very hard. And I want ask you : Do you always use perfect tenses ? Is it very important to know perfect tenses ?

You don't need to be sorry about your English level. It is not your first language so it's fine and mistakes happen. Also present perfect is really used by nature speakers so, study hard and you will get there.
