which tool do you use to comunicate with your partner? msn, qq, phone or ... if you want to talk with your language learn partner ,  may be your partner is in the overseas.  diffrent country of you.  and you want to talk with him/her to practice oral english.  how do you speek to each other?  use msn? or other tools?
