translation help please....
If there is anyone out there that can help me translate these words/sentences into Tagalog I will be infinitely grateful!
I know that the two languages don't always have an equivalent, so if there is no equivalent, that is ok, just let me know and at least try to think of a Tagalog way of saying it.
persist, persistant I am persistant
I am working hard to improve my tagalog.
exist = The Tagalog cutlture has existed for over 1000 years.
to attack = The enemy is attacking us.
to protect = I will try to protect you.
responsible , to be responsible
basically the reason is...the main reason is...
good mood/ bad mood
basically.. = Basically, this is what happened.
to guess, to estimate = I guess (estimate) it will take two more days.
he kept talking, he continued to talk
to support = I will support you
to feel good, feel bad about something = I don't feel good about what happened last night.
incredible = I can't believe the amount of pollution here, it's incredible.
luckily/fortunately = ?

to protect = Susubukan kitang protektahan
responsible = responsable (to be rsponsible = maging responsable)

to guess, to estimate = pakiwari (I guess it'll take two days = sa pakiwari ko'y aabot ng dalawang araw)

he continued to talk = pinagpatuloy lang niya ang pagsasalita

lucky = swerte

Hi,
You don't have to if you don't want to. I just provided those sentences to help you choose the best word, if there is one. If there is no real equivalent and it is easier to just translate the whole sentence, you can do that. It's up to you.
