What is the busyiest city in the world in your opinion?

I can just say about cities I have been. São Paulo, New York and London would be among the top busiest ones.
I am sure there are other that can be add to the list as Shanghay, Beijing, City of Mexico, Tokio, Moskow and so on.

From my personal experience, it was Shanghai, followed by Beijing then London.
