again, about the question of "the best", maybe someone will say "no the best", but however you will still startup a browser that you often use, i list my feeling about them below :
(1) <img title="Foot in mouth" src="http://www.italki.com/Scripts/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-foot-in-mouth.gif" alt="Foot in mouth" border="0" />IE 6 (so older, with web 2.0 woring not good, so it often some web gui cannot display normaly)
(2)<img title="Innocent" src="http://www.italki.com/Scripts/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-innocent.gif" alt="Innocent" border="0" /> IE 7 - IE 9(speed is slower than Chrome i think)
(3)<img title="Laughing" src="http://www.italki.com/Scripts/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-laughing.gif" alt="Laughing" border="0" />Chrome (15.0 and above is so speed, google's working is great and i'm using it now)
(4)<img title="Cry" src="http://www.italki.com/Scripts/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-cry.gif" alt="Cry" border="0" />Firefox(that was my fav, but since 3.6 firefox speed up upgrading, but it's terriable, the program often cannot respone anything or crash, i guess firefox felt the stress from chrome, speed of chrome more than firefox/ie/opera i think)
(5)<img title="Undecided" src="http://www.italki.com/Scripts/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-undecided.gif" alt="Undecided" border="0" />opera, just one feeling: slow.
so , now chrome 15.0 or above is the best choice. what do you think about the browser that we using ervery day?
Generally, I would use firefox for all its features. I use chrome for generic browsing like checking updates on social websites and watching videos on the web. I use IE because some site requires you to use it. In summary, I rank it as:
1. Firefox
2. Chrome
3. IE
But if you are considering the frequency of use... Chrome would be first on that list.
yes, a lot of plugins cann be used in chrome(a little bit pity), for example there's a free video downloader -- antbar that can download online-video(just like youtube, youku, ...), but it cannot support chrome from offical announcement, so i also use firefox sometimes. beliving
chrome next version will be supported. up to now chrome seems to win in thread !
