Help with arrumada

Can anyone help me quickly understand the term 'arrumada'. When i translate it, it says tidy but people are telling me it can be used as a way of saying dressed up

When someone is "arrumada", it means the person made an effort to look good. Like she's neat and tidy. In this case, it's about her clothes, her hair...

There's an expression with it: "dar um arrumada". It is an informal form of "arrumar" (to organize or clean things at home, for example). It may be applied to people, sometimes. An example: "Beatriz está arrumada hoje" (not too common, i think).
