Rahill, do you mean how handle all that work alone? Or are you asking whether I will think about choosing between my mother and my own comfort?

I would spend time with her and do any errands she needed. For instance, if she needed medication, I would run out to the pharmacy and pick it up for her. If she needed chicken noodle soup, ice cream, etc, I would go to the grocery store and pick it up for her too. I'd probably bring my language books and my tablet with me so I could study while I looked after her. :)
