Swimming... I get such a relaxing feeling being underwater and slowly swim...
For me, movement is a real medicine when I am upset. I go out for a run or to the swimming pool, then all the bad thoughts magically disappear and I feel always more and more relaxed.

First, I try to be grateful for what I have and think about the things in my life that I am happy about.
Also, exercise is proven to release endorphins (chemicals in your brain), so I like to go for a run, or go to the gym.
Finally, talk to my friends that make me happy.
