Well,  this is my first korean note. Please correct me if i'm wrong. 

안녕하세요! 저는 지나입니다. 인도네시아사람이에요. 만나서 반갑습니다 ~

The question: can i use particle ~니다 and ~요 in the same sentence?

first, there is no error in your sentence. perfect~

 

and answer for your question.

 

yes you can use both ~니다 and ~요 to make sentence.

 

for example,  행복합니다. and  행복해요. which means I am happy.

 

이 스프는 뜨겁습니다.  and   이 스프는 뜨거워요. which means this soup is hot.
