Yes, I agree with your list and Soul eater is amazing! Although, Black Butler and Death note are my absolute favorites! Vampire knight is very good but on the romantic side, you know vampires. Attack on titan was very well as was Blue exorcist. I'm in love with anime and could go on forever! But those were the few I absolutely had to mention! I prefer the manga versions of animes, though, in general... If I don't like the manga, chances are I won't bother with the anime.
