It's amazing that you have made such great progress in a single year!Though your pronounciation sounds a little weird and has a few grammar mistakes,it's already so great comparing to those who speaks like robots!I believe that you can speak even better as time goes by,and sounds more like native Mandarin.Hope you meet more friends in the future!
By the way,“饭馆” refers to restaurant,and you can't live in a restaurant,can you?Hotel 应该说成 “酒店”，“饭馆”是吃饭的地方，不能用来住宿。
