English novel recommendation
Anyone can recommend me a English novel book?
I would like to read a contemporary British author and the plot must set in England. I don't mind the kind of book as I like different styles like crime, adventures, historical.. But I don't like romance or chick literature like Bridget Jones.

I recommend you read the novel (Being there) by Jerzy Kosinski
This is a really great book. I have read it more than 4 times and still I love to read again.
