It is really teribble and actially it is for thoes who can pay much money.
I believe that Public health must belong to The poor more but it is completely contrariwise.

In the United States, the only word to describe it is "chaotic." Or "insane."

Virtually all healthcare is provided by private organizations--some for-profit, some nonprofit.

It is paid for in so many different complicated ways that I can't even begin to summarize it. Because of a belief in free enterprise, the general pattern that healthcare is private, and the role of the government is limited to subsizing it--or, subsidizing the purchase of health insurance.

Sick people who go to a hospital emergency room probably cannot be turned away, and the emergency room is thus a kind of last resort for poor people in big cities.

We pay more for healthcare than other developed countries whose healthcare is as good or better.

The quality of the healthcare itself is good, but well-being statistics like infant mortality are shamefully bad in comparison to other developed countries.

There is a systematic tendency by doctors to use too many expensive tests or to prescribe expensive new drugs that are probably not much better than less expensive old ones. Meanwhile, there is not enough attention to basic public health like vaccination and prenatal care.

All citizens are entitled by law to equal access to healthcare. Basic medical care, including emergency services, is provided free to every person in Russia. The quality of public healthcare is lower than in most advanced countries, but in the largest cities such as Moscow and St Petersburg, there are plenty of private options which are very expensive and few can afford this option. We, mostly, don't have the lack of funds and medical equipment available, at least in large cities. I'd say that healthcare in Russia is awful, but it's free and it generally helps everyone, except foreigners. Of course I understand that many people in poor countries would probably call me an idiot because how can I call Russian healthcare awful if we have all possible medical equipment available, plus it's provided free to every person! Well, the service sucks and the food is disgusting. No one sees hospitalization as a vacation here.

Extremely expensive! I'm a bit envious of my french partners who live in France who get healthcare pretty much for free. We really have to come out of pocket here in the USA.
