How do you say these prices in English?
$2: two dollars
$10.75: ten seventy five dollars? (or don't need to say "dollars")
$ 8.50: eight fifty (dollars)?
Do you say "dollars" or only the number? What is the natural way to say it like a native speaker?

$2 is correct.
$10.75: ten dollars seventy-five (cents).
$8.50: eight fifty (most common)
This is the most natural way.
Hope that helps! :)

$10.75 Ten dollars, seventy five.
$8.50 Eight dollars, fifty .
We don't need to say 'cents', it is understood. And sometimes we don't say 'dollars' either: $8.50 "Eight, fifty, please"
$10.75. That will be ten, seventy-five. /That comes (adds up to) ten, seventy-five.
