Going or coming out from home?
Hello, could you please tell me, which of phrases is correct: "I am going out for jogging" or "I am coming out for jogging"? I mean, to go (come) out from home for this or any other reason.. Thank you in advance.
If you're getting ready to leave your house, you would say, "I'm going jogging," or "I'm going for a run."

In American English, it would sound more natural to say, "I am going out to jog," or "I am going out for a jog."
You can use the other if you're meeting someone or asking someone to meet you.
"Can you come over?" or "Can you come to the concert with us?"
