First notebook entry: Introducing myself

Hello, this is Johnny Wu, a Chinese guy who is eager to know more friends in different countries and different cultures. 
To learn English is a necessary step towards fulfilling my dream to travel around the world, then settle down on a beautiful farm, living a peaceful life forever... I'm seeking freedom, to get out of the cage, the chains that fetter me, and I'll never stop untill that dream comes true. Besides that, I've always dreampt of experiencing a western Christmas with friends in western countries. Help me with this little wish, and I'll do whatever I can to help you. Does that sound fair? :p

-Johnny, your writing is strong and your english is pretty advanced. I was particularily impressed by your vocabulary. (Fettered! wow, many americans would have to look that word up--note, it's usually used in reference to ankle bound chains). Outside of some small grammatical changes, you are well on your way to completing your goal of learning English.
