My boss on business trip...

Today, both of my colleague are very happy, because we can get off work on time, ^_^^_^
Eventually (Finally), we escaped the pains form working overtime; we seldom have this opportunity. Our boss always likes to occupy our time which i<strike>t’s not belonging</strike>  doesn't belong to work. He always assigns some task approaching the time off work (or:  just before quitting time), These emergency or exceptional matters, which need to be handled immediately, we will accept without hesitation. It’s too difficult to accept if everyday we have these sudden<strike>ly</strike> things (or:  these last-minute assignments). For these things, we have complained many times. We never do any action.  We just say , "It will get better.
And now we do not believe his promise which words <strike>seem  </strike>have little prestige among <strike>ours</strike> us.

Today he is on a business trip and will back tomorrow;
I was hoping <strike>that </strike>everyday for a day like today.
Perhaps that is a little selfish,
but it's my real thought. ^_^

What a horrible boss.  Perhaps you and your colleagues can talk to him about this bad habit of his.  It's definitely a sign of a bad boss.  Can you tell him you need to leave right at closing time so that you can take care of your poor elderly grandmother?
