I am the kind of person who supports the plan of building a restaurant in my neighborhood due to three reasons that are explained below. First, I think that with a new restaurant near my house, it will be really easy to get a lunch when I am late to do something or when I do not want to cook. A lot of people, like business people, have a little amount of time available to get lunch and a restaurant would be a good solution to this problem. For example, one day about three months ago I woke up really late and I had only twenty minutes to prepare my lunch. If I had the possibility to go to a restaurant, the problem would be easily solved. Second, with a new restaurant in the neighborhood, a lot of jobs would be offered to people who are interested. This is a great opportunity to people who are unemployed and seeking for a job. Moreover, it is good to people who never worked and need to start working. A restaurant is a great place to the first job, because it is a simple job and you start to improve your social interactions. My friend Tom never worked before, so I think this restaurant would be a great opportunity to him and the other interested people. Finally, a restaurant in the neighborhood would attract more people to this side of the city. When people are looking for houses to rent or buy, usually they search for good spots with near restaurants, hospitals, markets and so on. A spot in the city with a near restaurant becomes more valuable, because the quality of life of the dwellers it is increased. I think that with this new restaurant, my neighborhood would be more populated and I would have the opportunity to meet new people and make good friendships. In conclusion, I think that a restaurant in my neighborhood is a great idea due to the fact that it will be easy to a get a quick lunch, a lot of jobs will be offered and it will attract a lot of people to the neighborhood. These advantages are factors who will determine the choice of new dwellers in the neighborhood.
