What i want exactly to talk about is how we use english in our daily life and why it becomes the dominant at school, work ... why do our focus is on English and how it affects negatively our native language! p.s, your idea is great too :)

What about looking at popular culture, such as Hollywood movies and pop music - internet usage and even text messaging, for socio-linguistic examples ( and reasons) why borrowed words might be creeping into Arabic? ( is that what you mean by Americanisation of Arabic? Is Arabic borrowing English words?), and how a language develops ( rather like a process of linguistic osmosis) to reflect current usage needs, by changing and absorbing outside influences. Only an idea!
