Apartment versus House Living in a house or in an apartment is much more depend on personal preference, however there are some good and bad points for both I will discuss about them as following. Apparently, most people prefer to have their own place so the apartment provides this facility In apartment we will be able to have pets and running place , at the end of a hectic day you can go to your back yard and read your newspaper without any noise of your neighbors, At any time of day or night you can be able to do laundry and play your favorite music. You will not disturbing by extra noise from up, down or next side of your neighbors , furthermore you have this permission for decorating ,painting, remodeling your house Another feature is that you won't cost extra money for utilities. On the other side living in apartment in modern society will be safer than house, you have not to spend lots of your time for cleaning the yard, raking snow in winter, moreover renting an apartment is cheaper than a house and for low income people this would be more compatible Dealing with nice neighbor during your living time is another attribute, In some apartment inhabitant can access to the pool and other facilities .By living in an apartment you can save your money in order to buy a house in future. In brief, apartment and house have their advantages and disadvantages that we can not ignore them, to my perspective couple with low income should live in an apartment at the begging of their marriage and invest their money for buying their own home because I believe raising family in house has many freedom and merits.

Living in a house or in an apartment is much more depends a lot on personal preference. However, there are some good and bad points for both. I will discuss about them in the following paragraphs.
Apparently, most people prefer to have their own place, so the apartment provides this facility
In apartment we will be able to have pets and a running place. At the end of a hectic day you can go to your back yard and read your newspaper without any noise of your neighbors, At any time of day or night you are able to do laundry and play your favorite music.
