I want a feature where I can chat with my friends instantly. When I can do it in facebook then why not in italki. Instead of all this crap ,why dont the admin concentrate on making the chat a reality .

I just registered recently, so I am not too much used to the layout... but still, there where some features I am now missing :/ . I tried to send a feedback, but the feedback site is not yet implemented correctly (404 everywhere) ^^. I was thinking about writing an email to support. But if this is something that's happening frequently... well this really sucks!

Don't worry I am not going to hold my breath over it. Just think it sucks and actually I think the whole Italki support is somewhat lacklustre

I have been on italki since March 2011, two years, time enough for me to learn that italki staff, administrators and developers very much own the site (yes, it's their site) and they do anything they want to it. They have changed the chat, profile, inbox, we used to have a blackboard, it's gone, we used to have friends not only followers and following, gone too. I've seen endless entries of people complaining everytime they do a change and we even go to the italki feedback just to have no answer back. So I'm sorry but I wouldn't hold my breath to have the old italki back.
