The term "不得不" in Chinese means "have to". Normally use to express when one got to do something reluctantly.

It used to be very easy to find a language partner (It still is but you have to know how). There used to be Facebook-like chat client that includes voice. Now you have to maintain both an MSN and Skype account for language exchange if you desire voice. I would also recommend that you download the Sogou IME from pinyin.sogou.com for inputting Chinese text using pinyin. I could help you with the basics.

<strike>我不得不想读书中文.</strike>我不得不读中文书籍。<strike>我真快乐读书中文,</strike> 读中文书籍也让我感到很快乐，但是我还没找了一个<strike>学半</strike>学伴（mybe 语言伙伴 is better）来练习<strike>中文话</strike>.说中国话。 我午饭或晚饭要是有一个学半就好了（I can't catch what you want to express.）Mybe you mean that:要是在午饭和晚饭的时候，有一个学伴说话就好了。

不得不……  A thing one doesn't like, but he have to do. 比如：现实总是这样，我们往往不得不去做些我们不喜欢的事情。
