I'm learning English

I'm Chinese people,I'm 26 years old.Now,I'm a sales manager in a ad. copany.I have a little English.I meet some foreign friends,but everytime I just say‘hellow''nice to meet you''what about you'and so on.I feel very very following.Why I can't talk about more things with them？So I must to learn English very well.I think the difficult thing is my spoken English is difficult to do exercise.Who can help me .Thank you very much.
