The one memorable thing

I like traveling and always try to find something interesting from every country to remember it by.  I don't collect the same things every time for example statuettes, magnets or plates. I can buy any thing, because the important thing is the mood and atmosphere those bring for me.
For example, when I was in Holland I bought second-hand picture, which I liked.

On that day Holland celebrated a Queen's Day.The Dutch have a tradition of selling old thing on that day and they organize markets on the bund of Amsterdam's canals. It was It was such an interesting experience for me - numerous people stay near their homes and present their personal things - books, clothes, toys, kitchen equipments and even home-made sweets. I went through them and enjoy - they wore orange accessories (this is The Queen's colour), they laugh and sing songs, children play on musical instruments.
For me it was memorable day so I decided to buy something to remember it by. And I saw the small cute picture where was painted only one pink beautiful flower on aquamarine background. One positive young lady sold it to me and when I returned at home I hung up the picture in my room. Now this small painting reminds me that wonderful day and the positive Dutch people.

I went through them and joy (with joy?) - they wore orange accessories (this is the Queen's colour), they laugh and song sing songs, children played on musical instruments.
For me it was a memorable day so I decided to buy something for memory (see above :) ). And I saw the small cute picture where on which was painted only one pink beautiful flower on an aquamarine background. One positive young lady sold it to me and when I return at home (returned home/went home) I hung the picture in my room. Now this small painting remember reminds me of that wonderful day and the positive Dutch people.
