Media topic-- Internet It is true that we have various ways to acquire the information today thanks to the development of mass media. In my view, I believe that the internet is most effective medium because of a number of reasons that I like state below. With the advance of digit communication technology, internet has become popular and the available to many businesses and families. The availability of internet (computer) provides people with the opportunity to access information as much as they need in effective way. Secondly, Internet is known as “world wide web”, this is too say that the information you read and see from website is not limited locally, instead a great variety of global news can be obtained ranging from economy, education, business to finance in timely manner. Further more, people also enjoy a great deal of entertainment from internet by watching online movies, listening to music or online learning without any worries that they may be interrupted by “constant commercial advertisement”, which often happen when we watch TV programmes. Considering the facts of great convenience, effectiveness and comfort, majority of people choose internet as their main information resource in every lives. Admittedly, other mediums like books, news paper, and TV also play important role in human society. TV has a wide range of programmes to cater for the needs to the people in different ages. Books and newspaper are considered as an orthodox ways of getting news, however they are not updated as quickly as internet. In conclusion, although each media has their own advantages and disadvantages, but I am in favor of internet as the impact of internet is greater.
