Naxeem is right except 5 is 'have developed (laboratories should be treated as plural) but I know what he's thinking. Sony has developed, Sony Laboratories have developed. 8 in fact probably should be 'shall have done' but its not an option! haha
His 10 is WRONG - it is A. AS ... as she fell asleep - if while it would be 'while she was falling asleep'
