Filipino Foods #1 Hello guys! :) I wanna show you the authentic Filipino foods and how to cook it. For this time, I'll teach you to cook "Adobo". Adobo can have a main ingredients of pork, chicken or squid. But for this, I'm gonna use pork. Here are the ingredients you needed: - 1 kilo pork; cut into 2-inch pieces - 6 cloves garlic, minced - 1/2 cup water - 1/3 cup white vinegar - 1/3 cup soy sauce - 3-4 bay leaves (aka laurel) - 1/2 tspn peppercorn Cooking instructions: 1. On a hot skillet over medium heat, add oil. Saute garlic and pork cubes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste. Cook while stirring occasionally until half-cooked, about 15 minutes. 2. Add water, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf and pepper corn. Do not stir. Turn down the heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until pork is done and sauce has almost dried up. Serve with rice. Tips: You can add fried potato. It really goes well with Pork Adobo :))

- 1 kilo pork; cut into 2-inch pieces

- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3-4 bay leaves (aka laurel)
- 1/2 tspn peppercorn

Cooking instructions:

1. On a hot skillet over medium heat, add oil. Saute garlic and pork cubes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to add/for taste. Cook while stirring occasionally until half-cooked, for about 15 minutes.

2. Add water, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf and pepper corn. Do not stir. Turn down the Lower heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until pork is tender ''or something more spicful than just 'done'.''done and sauce has almost dried up. Serve with rice.

Tips:
You can add fried potato. It really goes well with Pork Adobo :))

- 3-4 bay leaves (aka laurel)
- 1/2 tbsp peppercorn

Cooking instructions:

1. On a hot skillet over medium heat, add oil. Saute garlic and pork cubes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste. Cook while stirring occasionally until half-cooked, about 15 minutes.

2. Add water, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf and pepper corn. Do not stir. Turn down the heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until pork is done and sauce has almost dried up. Serve with rice.
