a Chinese poem The poem was written by a student 24 years old in HK Chinese university.From one word to two,three and so on.We call it a hundred word poem.It tells us a true love story.I am trying to translate it into English. 见 jian: flipped 惊艳jing yan: amazing drace 目流连mu liu lian: eyes on you 再难思迁zai nan si qian: nothing will change my heart 踌躇欲向前zhi zhu yu xiang qian: hesitate to step to you 只恐天上人间zhi kong tian shang ren jian: afraid immeasurably vast distance between us 悲欢喜怒一线牵:bei huan xi nu yi xian qian: laughter, anger, sorrow, and happiness all depend on you 循环往复恨此心坚 hate my firm heart in the recirculation 花开花落转眼已三年 flower glows folwer falls 3 years passed 天人合一处垂首对漪涟: look down sliently to the sparkling raindrops in"Unity of Man and Nature"(a famou scenery in the university) 思或淡情未移口三缄 still loving you deeply in my heart without saying a word 燕去燕归沧海桑田 swallows fly ，swallows return， how time flyes 倘注定有分无缘 if destined to meet but not fated to be together 亦感蒙赐初面 also appreciated for the given first seeing 纵此生不见zong ci sheng bu jian: though never meet you again 平安惟愿ping an wei yuan: only wish you hapness 若得闲ruo de xian: if at leisure 仍念reng nian: still missing 歉 qian: be very sorry What a blue love theme!
