Both of them. They are all right!
According to some theory, Chinese people tend to say cause first and then result. So "认识你很高兴" should be the standard way of expression. But, take it easy, that's only a theory, and in our daily life, we use ”很高兴认识你" very often.

同意小在的說法，不過在中國應該是兩個都可以，在台灣是只講"很高興認識你"。
