How can I improve my English?

Well... this might sound quite repetitive but I am a guy from Spain looking to improve his English... Actually I've been living in the UK for some months now, and it gave me a big push toward this goal that I'm triying to achieve, but it is not enough... Nowadays in our society people are really competitive and if you are trying to get a job, there are going to be thounsends of people applying for it...

I do not want to check this text out, cause I am pretty sure I got a lot of wrong words and sentences. :P

You write very well and you should be proud of yourself! Moving to another country to dedicate yourself to learning a language is admirable...and not easy! Give it time! :) Saludos desde California!

But it is not enought... Cause nowadays But it's more than a goal; learning English is necessary these days because in our society people are really competitive, and if you are triying trying to ge a job, being able to speak in both Spanish and English is an advantage over many of the there are going to be thounsends thousands of other people appliying fo applying for it.
