I would like to practice English with you~Though my English is just so so. But I am trying to improve it. And best wishes for you.O(∩_∩)O~

you should say: "Is there anyone who..." and also, "...improve my English." not "train my English." To train is something you do, like train a dog. It is possible to say something like, "I need to train myself to speak correctly," although I don't think that expression is used as often. Otherwise, it looks good :)
